What I Got: Ummm … I got a beer that started with M (it sounded kind of French?) and the veggie sandwich (no fontina), but the server wasn’t sure if the bread was vegan.
Other Options: We’re not entirely sure if the veggie sandwich is vegan, but their sandwiches come with Miss Vickie’s chips (yum).
We like beer.
I like this picture.
That’s pretty much it.
Update: The brewmaster at La Cumbre told me that they, Il Vicino, Chama River, and Marble use Biofine Clear (vegan!) to clarify their beer. Check the beer category to see other beer-related posts as I find more breweries.

Barelas Babe, we’re still waiting on a response back (both of us have emailed them) about whether or not their beer is vegan. Based on the information we’ve gotten from other local breweries, I’m suspecting it is, but I’ll certainly post more information about it if / when they write me back.
